To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our coffee to order Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours of roasting via USPS or UPS.

What is your return policy for coffee and brewing gear?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us. Unused brewing equipment can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Do you provide grinding services for online orders?

We recommend purchasing whole bean coffee for the best flavor profile. However, we can grind your coffee for drip, espresso, or French press upon request during the checkout process.
